products contain the essential oils present in hemp, diluted or mixed into preparations. These essential oils (terpenophenolic) are sold without any medical claims. Following the extraction of the totum of the plant, they typically contain cannabinoids and terpenes. The final user holds the risks of using such essential oils. Prices are set in Swiss francs (CHF) and in other convertible currencies and are valid for any country: Swiss VAT is included but shipping costs are not. Outside of Switzerland, only the shipping costs are different and the import costs (customs or other specific taxes) are paid separately by the customer upon receipt of the parcel. We reserve the right to change the price list and conditions of dispatch at any time without notice.
Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Amex) by PostFinance (E-Finance & Postcard Switzerland), electronic wallet (Twint & Masterpass) or bank transfer. The payment must be made in every case before shipping.
The shipping period begins upon reception of payment until the goods are shipped. The products, if they are in stock are shipped within a few days (1 or 2 working days) to the address specified by the customer. Otherwise, the customer will be informed by email of the exact shipping date. Depending on the country, shipping charges are different. All packages are mailed from Switzerland. In case of cross-border shipping, the buyer is responsible for the import, and PhytoCloud Ltd for the export; additional charges may be applied by customs on import (fees, VAT, etc…). Also read the specifics of shipping to the European Union.
- With Registered (R), the person entitled to accept must sign for the parcel for delivery to confirm receipt.
- Without Registered (R), the person accepts not to have to sign for the parcel; there is therefore no confirmation of receipt.
The delivery period starts when the parcel is shipped, until it is delivered, which depends on the carrier. Our packages all have a tracking number, included in the shipping costs, which is also the proof of delivery.
exchanges and right of return
If you return the goods acquired within 10 days (with a tracking number as proof of dispatch), not opened, in perfect condition and in its original packaging, we will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs. The return postage is also your responsibility.

PhytoCloud Ltd cannot be held responsible for any misconduct related to the re-sale of its products. In the case of a reseller purchase, the goods cannot be returned, nor reimbursed. So the final customers always get fresh products, it is recommended that the reseller purchases a volume that can be soled within 2-3 months.
Swiss law applies to all trade relations with PhytoCloud Ltd. The exclusive court for all procedures is Geneva. Mandatory places of jurisdiction provided by law remain reserved. General conditions in French are binding (this is the English translation)
